Changing Health Insurance
John McCain said that the President stated that no one will lose the insurance they have but if a small business owner decides to change his insurance from a private insurer to the public option that the workers for that company will have to change insurers, i. e. from the private insurer to the public option. I don't think this is what Obama meant. He (Obama) meant that if you pay for insurance that you will not be forced to drop you insurance and choose the public option. If I was getting my health insurance from my employer (not paying for it myself) then what would I care if the employer goes for a public or private option? As long as me and my family can see a doctor and get the medicines we need do I really care who the insurer is? In the absolute sense the seniaro that John McCain portrays is true and does contradict what was said in the absolute sense. The insurance will change. But the fact that you are insured doesn't. So, again, McCain, like he did so many times in his campaign for the presidency misses the important point to make a point which is true but not relevant to the argument. This is all he's got?
